I came across an interesting fact, not directly related to EDII, though possibly.

If you recall there is a report that the World Headquarters for EDII is at 601 Hanson, in Kemah. This is also listed as the address of Kemah Development Company. Looking through the records on the net I find that Kemah Development has failed to respond to a Business to Business Complaint from the Better Business Bureau in Houston. Maybe this is nothing, but it is a glimpse of a question and a reason to find out more about R S Laird.
