XOMA did say that, with I am sure all the disclaimers about what expected means. It is also a true statement that some of us expected XOMA to be at $20 by now, myself included. <g> However, with Jim MacCamant and Mike Murphy both giving some additional attention to XOMA at the present time perhaps they also expect something to happen. Understand that MacCamant is going to do an issue on the importance of patents. He said this some time ago when I asked his firm about how they evaluate the importance of patents. Xoma confirms he is working on this. I am thinking of starting a subscription to his letter to get this issue but I may go with Prohost instead.
