Can someone explain number 9 That's a hard one to explain. If they buy-back shares, and later buy a company with shares, they can't use pooling of interest tax considerations, a big disadvantage. If they buy back shares, Does it hurt a take-over defense? I'm not sure, robt justine would know. But I can tell you that there is no-way C-Cube can make $.24 per share on just $81M in revenue.
