Gary - Thanks for pointing out a misstatement I made when I wrote earlier "only now have we found out that even MIDL didn't have proof of Arcon's patent rights, but even after one or more posters here clarified that there really wasn't such a thing as "worldwide patents" like Fisher claimed no one started waving red flags". This was NOT meant to be a factual statement regarding MIDL or Fisher, and I retract it as such. I meant only to convey an impression gained from previous posts on this thread regarding patent related questions, and that is all. DB
