Do you see Intel's investment in LG Semicon as one more substantive step in their endorsement of Rambus and RDRAM. That is, if Semicon is going to be quick out of the gates with RDRAM and Intel wants to see RDRAM succeed, then this could explain why Intel would want to support them financially and share in potential profits!? After all, we all know Intel owns warrants on RMBS stock...Just thinking.

Also, if Intel wanted to take over RMBS, why wouldn't they purchase outright?
