I was just curious which of Pat's comments had you so concerned.? I think many of us who have watched the convergence of the networkers and telco equipment providers have dreamed up all kinds of possibilities. one thing is for sure all of the networkers will join with the telcos. both groups are being forced to consolidate in order to be complete system providers "Companies are seeking partners because the technology barriers that had divided phone equipment and computer network suppliers have collapsed as the Internet has blurred the distinctions between internal office systems and long-distance phone networks." I hear rumor of cisco/tlab/ciena ericy coms/nn lu/cisco at&t cisco siemens/ti/nn so taake care of yourself and don't be too suprised to wake up some monday to more news in the m&a arena
