Tgs: If there was such a thing as a PhD degree in fraud/deceit
and the like it is cystal clear to me as to whom I would indicate as an oustanding candidate. Naturally I would expect we differ greatly in our opinions on this matter.
It would seem that the best approach to resolving this difference is for at least one of us to submit the past, present and
future dialog to several third parties as a minimum. The dialog I am referring to is only that which we have serious differences on.
In due course I will advise you whom I have selected. At the moment it would seem fair to include legal entities in various law suits, federal and state regulatory authorities, GMTC management and???.
In the meantime I believe you have once again refused to respond to the negative aspects of your operations in Tx and have
instead proceeded to comment as there are absolutely no existing negatives. Since you are and have been acting as an investment advisor
( Without portfolio) dont you feel that at a mininum you should cite the rules regarding "FOWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS"
For those that care about THEIR MONEY I strongly urge you to read The AGT board a well and you will see why there is merit behind my conclusions. Please ANALYZE HIS RESPONSES IN DEPTH AND SEE if I MISSED A DIRECT RESPONSE or I DIDN~T. If I did please enlghten me so that I may redo my thinking

Having established (BY YOUR DEFAULT) a victory re all the serious negatives that will impact on your revenues in this case we will go on to other points of contention on subsequent postings.
p.s. I GUESS I SHOULDN'T FEEL BAD--- YOU DO NOT RESPOND ON NEAGATIVE POINTS TO OTHERS EITHER APPARANTLY.

P.P.P.S ROSARIO WOULD YOU BE SO KIND TO POST THIS ON THE AGT BOARD SINCE THERE ARE MORE INTERESTED GMTC FOLKS OVER THER THAN THERE ARE ON THIS BOARD. AFTER ALL WE ARE ONLY TRYING TO EMULATE TGS IN THE WAY HE HELPS OTHERS( AS HE HAS OFTEN STATED). That only seems fair doesn't it??????
