Tom Dorsey to all Looking at the Bullish Percent Index going back to Oct. 1989. The reversal came from 74% in Oct. 1989. The signal was right on the money. It was not until one year later that Greenspan said that the numbers were in and we were in a recession. That was exactly at the bottom and the NYSE Bullish Percent index was at 18%. The subsequent reversal the first week in Nov. Was the bottom. The market looks ahead and did so in Oct. 1989 and was looking ahead in Nov. 1990. Last week Japan said they were now in a recession. Could this be the bottom of the Japanese Market? Tom
