Analyst 10, I beleive that DGIV is listening to your words, even if this message board is not. You stated that DGIV has not placed the Safe Harbor statements that protect investors, on any of their previous news releases. This is correct, the ones I can find from the past several months, do not include these passages. However, the Latest DGIV news letter sent on Friday did contain the Safe Harbor statements. To my knowledge this is the first time the company has used them on any media.
So it would seem that your words have gotten through, at least to the company, and it is nice to see them respond, promptly and responsibly. I do not know if they were previously unaware of the need for this clause or the liability this statement shields them from, but I think it is a definite improvement, and hope that DGIV continues to make the necessary changes.
The other item I noticed was the disclosure of awaiting a payment on Notes Receivable. I wish to thank you for bringing that to this forum, as I had been previously unaware of when these notes were due, and as the company confirmed, they are indeed due on the 30th of June. I think that when this date arrives and the status of the notes are known, then every investor here, will know the position and strength of the company, that much clearer.
Thank you for the service you have done DGIV and it's investors, by alerting the company to the need for the Safe harbor statements, lets hope they continue to use it on all future news releases, as well. |
