J Langholtz - since today seems to be a slow day for SI to creep towards the 5 million "post" mark, I will offer my thoughts on the occasional "echo" sound on Sprint PCS. I once stated (here on SI) that my QCP-2700 (and Sprint PCS) worked flawlessly. I guess what I really mean is : flawlessly, given my own personal amazement that wireless telephony works at all. We have had the echo thing once or twice, and have just re-dialed the call, and it was gone. I can't really believe anyone expects something as complicated as a wireless phone call to work like, say, turning on the sink faucet and assuming water will flow. Jon.
