If you click on the Buyer "Archer Daniels Midland" you will notice that it is listed as:
"Archers Daniel Midland
Beneficial Owner of more than 10% of the Company's Securities"

We could call Investor Relations at ADM to find out who the Beneficiary of this trust account is. The word "beneficial" makes it clear that the owner is not ADM but someone else. Perhaps retirees, charitable trust, etc.
