TO All: I have spoken with Russ Twiford and he acknowledges he is the same person named by the SEC in Thall's posting. I have heard his explanation, and it seemed plausible to me. Further he has prepared a response in writing (which he read to me on the phone) and he faxed it to Mr. Jim Currie for posting on this thread. Jim was not home at the time he called, so I don't know when we can expect to see his reponse, but I will let Russell speak for himself. He is the only one who knows the facts, and I don't want to put words in his mouth. I will tell you I wouldn't sell my stock on the basis of the SEC case until you have read Russell's reply which I think will alieviate much consternation we unfortunately underwent this Father's Day Weekend. Regards to All -- JW PS: For Jack W. Smith AKA Gambler Jack -- Jack, do you want to bet another frog dinner to see if we get results NLT Friday, next week? This would give me a chance to get even with you or allow you to walk away from the table with frog legs in your pockets. What say ye now, Gambler Jack?
