Table Pounding Buy

Bob,

Thanks for validating the process improvement scheduled for BookMatch. Good to hear that there are no problems with the core product. Just maybe we will see a new and improved BookMatch upon its return. i.e. graphics, un-coupling of awards program from BookMatch and corporate sponsorship.

Given that the Drake acquisition appears to be on track and other acquisitions may take place this year as is management's stated goal I feel that TASA is a table pounding buy at this ridiculous level. The pro-forma revenues generated after DBS is acquired should be approximately $16 million. Future acquisitions could add another $8 million just like Drake. IMHO - the napkin math proforma revenue projection for TASA will be $22 to $24 million by the close of the fourth quarter.

How many profitable companies with $22-$24 million in revenues can one purchase a share for $1.00? Zero, Zip, Zilch!

This commercial post was not sponsored by TASA or it affiliates.

Regards,

Tom
