Rosemary, I think USRX has great products but that chart bothers me. It seems they are putting out good news on a regular basis but the chart bothers me.

The May -June slide and the weekly/daily volatility make me a bit nervous.

Can you explain what happened May-June? Are you familiar with USRX business and business plans? I don't follow USRX close enough to know their business plan or how they intend to execute it.

It may be a great investment but if it follows past performance keep the rolaids close.

The reason I invested in Dell last February was based on the management presenting a clear understanding of current market conditions and a clear understanding and plan to capitalize on changing market conditions. I felt I understood what they were trying to do and agreed with the plan so strongly I moved all mutual funds into Dell alone. For me it is critical to understand what the management goals are and measure managements performance against those goals.

I simply feel for me and me alone although the price is high they are right on target and will continue to perform in the future. I have invested in other computer stocks I follow primarily to compare their performance against Dell. At times they become undervalued and I'll try a call play. This year and going into 1997 Dell is still my core holding.

Best wishes with USRX, Pat
