Ramsey, US dollars. Remember, were talking about all the debt out in the country, not just government borrowing. And even if the $30 trillion is the entire package, I'll bet that the bad-debt portion is approaching 10% => $3 trillion US. There's $70 billion from Indonesia alone in the last 2 quarters, and they had mountains of bad debt before that. jess.
