And I did. Thx. [offtopic] Depending on how technical "the right to speak" though, I believe this is a threshold of ownership to put motion into ballots. If memory serves, some cos have a 1,000 shr threshold. Of course, in an informal sense, every shareholder [or even non shareholder, for that matter] has the right to speak its mind
