Juanita: I write with anger at the neurosis that naysayers want to generate. It used to be said that USA capitalism was "short-sighted" because it worked on a "trimester" basis vs. other sort of versions of capitalism which were more long term. Here at DGIV we are not working on a trimester basis, it has degenerated into a "minute" system. If Mr. Chin does not "take over" a country every five minutes he becomes an evident "criminal" bent out to steal the savings of dupes like me. So every five minutes we have to redefine the universe. Every five minutes somebody has to justify everything that has been done, everything that is being done and everything that will be done. What I have seen these past three months on the part of Mr. Chin is extraordinary. The amount of deals that has been set up in notable. The angles to many of these deals shows savy, exploiting the opportunities that each country has to offer. I don't think that there are many entrepeneurs or intrapeneurs with such capacity, and I say this as a business owner and as somebody whose circle of aquaintances include many of similar breed (for whatever my experience is worth... should I add a Safe Harbour Provision to this and other opinions or shall I be attacked by some anal twit?) And then we have all these Untermenschen that makes a world of the failed (or whatever) 1996 SB-10. Want to see profits from a deal even before the deal is made, if not Chin is a looser/criminal and we are dupes/suckers). This is neurotic at best, criminal at worst. I think Rocketman made an exellent point in stating that this is a company in transition from one line of business (Digitcom Interactive Video) to an World IP Telco. Can't we give Mr. Chin at least 6 months? He has shown a lot in the past 3 months! What is even more extraordinary is that he put his checkbook on the line by not putting the Safe Harbor Provisions. I am sure that con artists know all these kind of tricks by heart and would not even fart without being surrounded by 15 lawyers. What I see in Mr. Chin is a guy who wants to leave his mark in this industry, he is so bent in doing "the deal" he does not have time for all the small bs that fills the heart/bladder of these despicable indiviuals. Not that one should respect formalities, as the nature of things is. But given that the day has only 24 hours in my opinion his priorities have been handled very well. Sorry if this was too long.
