If the shareholders approve this deal ELGT becomes a fascinating stock---here is an article from todays NY Times regards Africa and telecommunications,with special note on the Congo. nytimes.com the thing that fascinates me,and I am repeating this,and that is it seems that Afritel wants this deal simply so they can get traded on the US stock-exchange,specifically NASD.
