RIGHT ON , JUANITA! For DGIV to make the deals it has been making in so many different countries with so many governments/foreign companies, it obviously has the "resources" needed. Anybody who claims that DGIV only has $100,000 at its disposal is obviously LYING to create confusion! Why? To cause selling so only the SHORTS can gain! I would bet that we will soon know DGIV "resources" when 2Q 98 numbers are reported, with the quarter ending shortly (by the end of June-less than 10 days from now).
