Thanks for the info Bill, does it concern you that ESSI executives i.e. Larry Vance has off-loaded significant blocks of shares for significant profit.

I guess this sort of insider trading could be regarded as normal stuff for a start-up company but it does seem to be unsettling for some shareholders who bought shares on the basis of the initial prospectus (which I have never seen).
