Doesn't make too much sense since they could have had an entire company for $800 million. TXN may have given it for less for probably cash deal and no $750 million loan.<g>

Actually I think INTC is just trying to keep the DRAM competition alive and cuthroat so the PC's can be remain real cheap and continue to sell. They want those PC100 chips cheaper.
