The main thread is at $1 and under. It's trading at this level because of all the dilution MTCI has caused by continuing to issue Reg S shares to keep afloat. Even though they have shown a modest profit recently they apparently did not have positive cash flow and had to issue shares to pay the bills. They now claim to be in a positive cash flow position and should therefore not need to issue more shares, but if you don't own any yet I would take a wait and see attitude before investing. Be willing to buy a little higher with confidence that they will make it; at this point it looks a little iffy. As for 1997, who knows. According to press releases earlier this year, 1996 was to be a watershed year and obviously wasn't. We'll see. Good luck!
