metre vein with a 15 degree dip is possible?

You cannot shrinkage stope it. I will admit
for a while it could be open pit mined. But the
economic limit would be fairly shallow.

Tonnage. 1000 feet down dip and it would have to
be 3000 feet long to have 2 million tons and be worth
400,000,000 dollars.

That is 258 feet deep in rock at that point and the
stripping ratio would be 16 to one. So I would think
that they would have to stop before that. Perhaps room
and pillar or VCR methods would work.

Kinda needs lots of strike length. Like several miles
