I'm not sure I understand your question but technically, as I understand it, Banshee is a single chip that can theorheticly be installed directly on a motherboard. However, the most likely OEM scenario is that boxmakers will offer customers a variety of AGP-based video card choices including Banshee-based cards. So there are actually several levels of OEM "wins" (in order of increasing goodness):

1.) Banshee-based card offered as a totally separate addon that's not part of the normal order process. (This is where Voodoo2 is today with Dell.)

2.) Banshee-based card offered as one of several AGP card choices as part of the normal order process.

3.) Banshee-based card offered as the default choice for the normal order process.

4.) Banshee-based card offered as the ONLY video card choice for a particular model.

5.) Banshee chip built into the motherboards of an entire line of computers.

If/when we see some OEM announcements for Banshee, read them closely to see which of the above options they are referring to.
