I have no problem with that. Lets start by applying some of that wage equity to upper management in some (all) of the fortune 500 companies.

As far as the existing wage agreement between GM and the UAW....are you saying that management was unfairly coerced into agreeing to something that they shouldn't have?

I think that your observation about Unions (I assume management)can just as correctly be applied to upper corporate management, in most cases.
