Sure I do and this new technology is going to do what? Make the coal walk out of the ground? Make it weigh less? Make it turn itself into diamonds? New technology is typically used in marginal situations. That's what I would guess we have here. If this was tons of coal waiting to be hauled away, don't you think some one would have gotten it by now after a hundred fifty years or so?
