I'm an occasional SIGM lurker.
Just by chance I ran across a Sigma Hollywood dealer's demo card for $65 so I picked it up. They seemed by be selling for around $120 retail, but I've noticed them recently at Ebay in the high $70 low $80 range in the last week.
After reading your post, would it be safe to assume that SIGM's DVD-ROM drive might not be my best choice and I might be better off picking up a second generation DVD-ROM from Panasonic, CREAF, Hitachi or Toshiba?
Thanks in advance,
Scott
