Yeah, but the other people in today's market aren't using 150 year old technology either. You people seem desperate to pump this thing with the flimsiest drivel. The major asset that was on quoted on that property was the coal. If they aren't going to do that then they really don't have any asset basis for their valuation. You boys are working overtime blowing smoke up each others rears. No sensible person is buying this malarkey
