Although this thread appears defunct, I thought I'd ask if anyone knows about "non-reporting companies" such as AENG and BANH.

I can get stock quotes on these entities but no EDGAR information at all. I didn't realize that this was possible, and would like to know under which Securites Laws or Regulations it is permitted.

Thanks for any help at all.
