At this point I wish to say that while i really appreciate positive dreams, we investors in AGTI MAY have been shafted....BIG TIME!! Nieman will blame "older management", but then i have to ask Nieman..."How inept were you at analyzing this co."? "It seems very convenient to cast blame at this point in time, It takes the heat off you regarding this reverse split"..How can we have confidence in a man who can't even discover the basics of the co. before he got involved"? Was he tricked?, Did old management "hide shit"? I don't know, nor does anyone else except Nieman and perhaps a few others.. wHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT IT IS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO TURN THIS CO. AROUND.. IS HE GOOD ENOUGH TO DO IT OR IS HE JUST THE LATEST EDITION OF AGTI BULLSHIT? So where do we really stand here? I say that by June 30th, give or take a few days in either direction, WE MUST HEAR SOMETHING SUBSTANTIALLY POSITIVE THAT WILL REALLY JUSTIFY THIS REVERSE SPLIT... If we do not, i believe that we have been LIED TO by the past management as well as THE PRESENT MANAGEMENT..I for one do not like to be lied to.. If Nieman and others (Hunziker included) told us that there was a good chance for a reverse split when they gave thier "infamous" teleconference a few months ago, would any of us have bought more shares? Would any new investors have bought in? I think not!! Everyone would have waited to see if the reverse split occurred as well as why the split was occurring.. Instead we were told that THERE WOULD BE NO REVERSE SPLIT.. So what's the bottom line: I really hope that present management has done this for the good of the shareholders..This is what Mr. Nieman told me.. THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN POSSIBLY BE TRUE IS IF THERE ARE CLEAR CUT FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS THAT COME OUT OF THIS SPLIT AND!!!!!! THE CO. IS THEN READY TO MOVE FORWARD TO PROFITABILITY BY HAVING "REAL" RESULTS OCCUR.. IF THIS DOES NOT OCCUR, WHAT DO WE AS INVESTORS OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY DO, HUH? It is do or die time.... If management "does", we will all be ok..
