Dick i don't believe I stated I was impressed with the new CFO. I am willing to give him some time to get the financials in order and put in the financial controls and help to digest Myriad. I wasn't completely impressed with his public speaking, but I am sure he is tired and a bit stressed at this time, transitioning from previous work to FAMH and trying to figure out what the &^*$% is going on at FAMH and how to get it straightened out. I just think we need to give him a shot and not rush to judgement based on one of these cc after two weeks on the job. Best regards Victor
