Now that I know what your defintion of 'excessive' undeclared/naked shorting is, how do you know that there are 5-6 million undeclared shorted shares in TVSI???? I haven't seen any requests (at least on SI) for TVSI share count. The Short Interest may not exceed the number of shares outstanding, as that is the most that can be borrowed for shorting. If you said that there was a short position of 5-6 million TVSI shares (out of the 230 million available shares to short against), that would be a reasonable number. If you are trying to tell me that the short position is 235 million shares, I don't believe that!!! Kurt
