Art do you THINK IBM deserved a $10 shave last week ? The alleged downgrades were nebulous - "moved to another list" etc, so we will see "some "buy on value" at IBM's $106 level next week. Hate to speculate on this , but now the funds can get back in and have a meandering ride up to $140 with little risk . That's how brokerage houses and CEO's keep their institutional golfing friends . No sir - It wasn't a "pump & dump" instead it was just a misunderstanding or a "over-reaction" . Regards, Jim K.
