Status Report - Dissident Shareholders - 6/22/98:
1. About 35 investors & 250,000 shares.

2. Getting good feedback. But still some negative comments.

3. This week, I'll put together a brief, one page letter supporting a
$40+ share price. And fax/send it to some hedge fund managers.

4. If you have a concise, factual bullet to add to the letter, please
pass it along to me. Save me a lot of work and improve the quality ofthe letter.
