The way I do it is to click on "QP Setup R2", click on "Data Directories" and delete the "DATA PATH" AFTER the download has started. The files will then be in your INCOMING directory. Copy them somewhere else. Reenter your "DATA PATH" using QP Setup R2 and run "Update Database QPR2".

If you delete the data path BEFORE starting the download, your download will not work.
