Hi Richard: just an observation..think interest in vancouver market is a primary reason for drop in Unitec..also John mentioned there is a huge position waiting to exit..might also put a damper on stock price since it's stock price has a ceiling right now.. if John announces some great financing the tide could turn quickly.. if Vancouver market turns that would also add impetus.. I bought Unitec for a long term hold...there are a few others on the Canadian exchange that look awesome that are also are selling way below what I think their value is(ie Jason's finding rks t. wow) I am patient and have a great deal of faith in John.. Also I am truly glad that Chris has joined the thread...I truly trust his dd..and integrity also! bobby (I don't understand that if somebody who owns the stock and is so negative about the management..one doesn't just trade out and buy another undervalued stock and wait for that to perform)
