I feel BETRAYED by NIEMAN & AGTI. One of the main reasons that I continued to buy more AGTI shares is because of NIEMAN'S statement during the FAMOUS INVESTOR TELEPHONE SHAREHOLDERS MEETING", that there would be NO REVERSE SPLIT!!!! If he would have said possibly and been up front and that they already had approval, I would have stayed on the side-lines!! I do not like being LIED to. His press release on the reverse split should have included an explanation regarding the aforementioned. I will give NIEMAN 48hrs to fix the problem and if not I will proceed accordingly!! TO ALL YOU CHEAP-SHOTTERS OUT THER, save us some time and keep your cheap shots to yourself. I have suffered a huge loss and have friends that still own AGTI based upon my recommendations!!I AM NOT GOING AWAY. YOU WILL BE AMAZED ON WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT IF NIEMAN DOES'NT RESPOND WITH-IN THE NEXT 48HRS IN A POISITIVE FASHION!!! BEST REGARDS
