MTEI Investors PLEASE READ
The following message was posted on DGIV thread to explain why and how bashers play mind games with stock holders for accomplishing their personal agenda. It is worth to read IMO.
============================ Dear Friends,
I have been following the posts of Analyst10, and the others. Can it be that they actually do not yet realize how transparent they are? I am both laughing at them and shaking my head in amazement.
For those of us who understand our investment and are secure with it, there is no need to engage them, as they would have us do. That is my position. I have neither the time nor the inclination to do so. Some of us in this category, however, can not resist a challenge, and we keep rising to it. This is how what we object to continues. This is how it works.
Remember, no matter how secure ones position and conviction, human beings still have human weaknesses and chinks, and this is natural, so we should not fear these particular frailties, but simply be alert to them.
The classic, Sun-tzu's "The Art Of War," would advise us about this. The adversary strikes not at something that is necessarily wrong or false about your position or conviction, but at the inevitable area of weakness that is simply part of human nature. Whether you are right or wrong makes no difference to the adversary. To him, what you hold dear is the same as weakness...that is the objective.
An adversary's objective can be two-fold. What you attempt to rescue is worthy of attack. What you leave unattended in the rescue attempt, is also attacked. Thus an adversary has you controlled by diffusing your power. Notice when this happens, you will feel both emotionally and physically fatigued (even though the medium is the written word on a thread). You are not necessarily being controlled by superior intelligence or moral sense, but by a simple formula that you are too busy coping with to figure out.
Everything these people are trying to accomplish here is being attempted by formula. So, change the rules. First of all, we should require that ANALYST10 and the others wear fluffy bunny slippers with long floppy ears before they ever set foot in this forum again.
