Good Morning everyone!

Seems I'm really glad that yesterday was Father's Day and I spent virtually the entire day not looking at SI... imagine that! :-)

But, I found a couple of gems hidden in all the rubbish being thrown around our fine Rocketship last night...

Juanita - great call on asking for the phone number. I hope, really hope that he answers you... I think it would be very interesting to hear what information that phone call may bring out. :-) Unfortunately, I don't really think that he will really provide that number.

E'Lane - loved the visionaries "thang!" The vast majority of humankind is very resistant to change. Change requires us to adapt, to put aside old, comfortable beliefs and work hard to find new ideas and models within which to settle comfortably. True visionaries, those that are open to new opportunities and ways of thinking, are the people that can lead the way to true reform, improvement or profit. There is always risk associated with change, but hey, who ever said it would be easy?

Charliss - wonderful post with regard to the lessons Sun Tzu gave us about waging war in his writings. We should make no mistake about it, we are engaged in an arena requiring skills much the same as those required by waging war. In fact, I first became aware of the "Ancient Art of War" in a marketing class while pursuing my MBA. Knowing one's enemy and his goal are the first steps in preparing a adequate defense against the incursion.

Seems our lady Rocketeers carried the day for us... again! :-)

Lastly, I would like to thank Vic Klimpl from the FTEL thread for coming over and making some very nice and interesting insights in a couple of posts.
