Suggestion for FPAM's Management: Once you receive authorization for financing, go quietly into the market and buy up your junior debt @ 20c on the dollar, as much as is prudent and reasonable. If your junior debt has actually fallen to such a cheap level, what a simple way to reduce FPAM's debtload at 20% of its original face value!
