My experience has been that the Tseng Board will not do anything until forced to act. They have three agenda's:

1. Keep their job.
2. Keep from getting sued.
3. Do nothing else.

So-- this group is hopeless and our only option is to vote them out with brut force! This means working through the corporate legal structure (not simple and that's what they count on). OUR VOTES CAN OVERCOME ALL ISSUES! OUR ACTION IS REQUIRED!
