Here are the details of the Merill\Midland merger. Shareholders will get .24 of a Merrill share ($31.89/share). It looks as if we will be offered a Canadian equity exchageable into Merill shares to avoid problems for Canadian shareholders who are only allowed to have 20% U.S equity in their portfolio's, but the details of this will be given at the 11:30 ET press conference from New York. Stay tuned !!!
