Hello Scott,

SIGM doesn't have its own DVD-Rom drive, just its own board which you bought. The board comes with Panasonic, Sony, and Phillips DVD-Rom drives in their respective upgrade kits.

I personally wouldn't buy a DVD-Rom drive until they become writable which some are right now. I think they are called DVD-Ram drives. You can then use the DVD disks as a storage solution with many gigs (~5?) of space.

Right now, I think Creaf is selling them over the internet. I don't know if anyone else has them out.
