Actually:

Float = Total outstanding shares, less those shares held by institutions, directors and officers of the corporation and any restricted stock issued. Therefore, if there is no float then there are no shares available for sale. It follows, then, that if one wanted to buy the stock he would have to pay a HIGHER price for the stock so as to induce a current holder to sell his shares.

Most investors understand this simple principle. If you wish to bash a stock, perhaps you should take a bit of time to first understand how stocks react to given situations.

Your comments indicate to me the old adage "you may LOOK like a fool, but when you open your mouth you remove ALL doubt".
