Therefore, if there is no float then there are no shares available for sale. It follows, then, that if one wanted to buy the stock he would have to pay a HIGHER price for the stock so as to induce a current holder to sell his shares. Most investors understand this simple principle. If you wish to bash a stock, perhaps you should take a bit of time to first understand how stocks react to given situations. Your comments indicate to me the old adage "you may LOOK like a fool, but when you open your mouth you remove ALL doubt". Helene
