They said it was set up as an example of how easy it is to promote a scam stock on the Internet. Get with the program. That is precisely why it was set up (on April Fool's day): as a humorous illustration of the dangers that lie in believing every word a "company" says. It was astonishing to me how many people were initially convinced that it HAD to be real simply because it had a website. What is it you find so difficult to understand about this? I would advise you, as I have others, to look up the words "parody" and "satire".
