I am not an investor in shell companies and do not follow them. What I do know is that the Arcon people found just what you say is so hard to find - a squeaky clean shell, low float, etc. With thousands of penny stocks out there I am figuring the chances are pretty good that there are others like MIDL.

Regarding the market cap of MIDL you calculate to be 3.44 mil today...
It is not squeaky clean anymore and it doesn't have DF-144.

Even with Arcon and DF-144 the market cap of MIDL was only about 6.88 mil.

Mike.
