DuPont Photomasks Buys Plasta-Therm System For French Plant

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Dow Jones)--Plasta-Therm Inc. (PTIS) sold a Versalock Mask
Etch system for an undisclosed amount to DuPont Photomasks Inc. (DPMI) for
use in its Rousset, France, facility.

In a press release Monday, Plasta-Therm said it was the first sale of the product
for use in Europe.

Plasta-Therm makes plasma process equipment primarily for thin film etching
and deposition.
