ROFLMAOSFH!
I knew you had to respond.

There is not doubt in my mind that upper management and CEOs have pressure and responsibilities. No doubt at all.

I worked with the upper managment that we are referring to and saw first hand the "come in 15 minutes late and leave 15 mintues early" mentality all over the place.

Being that I've worked both sides of the fence, I can say that I would take the white collar job over the blue collar labor because I know for a FACT which one is easier. Can you say the same? Have you EVER done intense labor for a 12-15 hour day? On the other hand, have you ever sat in an air-conditioned office in front of a computer making managerial decisions for an 8-hour day?

I've done both and appreicate the efforts of the blue collar worker because of it. And because of this, I felt the 'whining' blue collar workers needed someone to stand up for them in this discussion.

Like I said in the last post, I will not argue this. I know you've been in argue-mode for sevral weeks now and with several different topics.
You won't get it from me, especially since I truely doubt that you've worked doing intense labor under extreme conditions.
