FYI, I've been watching LBGF and I know of nothing new. According to their SEC filing, they were bankrupt as of last January 20, 1998...

The bank had taken all their remaining assets, but some stores still had some of the company's product left on the shelves.

sec.gov

>>Item 3. Level Best Golf, Inc. has been unable to secure the required capitol to continue operations and has filed bankruptcy under chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, middle district of Florida, Tampa Division. File #9800289-8G7

I had been unable to contact the CEO (phone was disconnected), but the total outstanding shares was small.

Very high risk, but who knows.

Good luck,
Brad
