I think we can assume that before BCE (a conservative company) approved the merger, they saw the books. If their inspection of the books indicated Bay was going to disappoint, it seems improbable they would have approved the merger on the terms they did approve. Therefore, I think Bay will not disappoint but will exceed estimates.
